People are coming out of the woodwork in droves to tell of their nightmares with DKOV.

Now, Dale hasn't the courage to SAY ONE WORD.  NOT ONE WORD.

This is the same guy who N-E-V-E-R missed one single opportunity to defend DKOV and rip into me OVER and OVER again but REMAINS as quiet as a churchmouse when tons of people have been obviously burned by DKOV.

Now you know EXACTLY the kind of guy he is deep down.  One who claims to be the FRIEND of this board and the defender on rightousness here but is freakin' speechless when others actually need his help and input since he personally put himself in the position of being Scotts conduit.

He had but one agenda to rebuild DKOV's name so Scott will be able to continue to make money at our expense some kind of way.  Let's not ever forget the timely "Thanks DKOV!" thread (spin).   Wait, now that I look, it's not just a post, it's a STICKY!  If you can beleive that?!?!?

It's not that he wanted me to go away (well he probably does) or to have the matters go away...It's that he doesn't want DKOV to go away so he himself won't get burned himself.  As we all know Dale is at Scotts mercy because of the build Scott is currently doing on Dale's car.  Smell rat yet?

His ongoing beefs with me were nothing more than a selfish effort to protect his own ass from being yet another vicitim at our expense.

I told each and every one of you this to be fact at first, now it's clear as day.

I will not point another finger at him.  At this point it's up to him to do what he sees fit.

The facts are clearly out there for him to digest.  Let's all see how he handles them.  Dale assured the board that if and when he gets proof or is convinced of the rip off's he will act.  Let's all see what he needs now...police reports?, notorized statements?, affidavits?, eyewitnesses?

If he is being quiet becasue he is working towards a resolution or has changes his tone etc, I'll be the first to remove this post myself but until I am convinced otherwise, I fully and heartfeltly stand by every statement I make here.

I know everybodys sick of this but tell you what, It's far better to weed this kind of cancer out early and often before the tumor has a chance to grow.

Let me also say for the record that I, personally, have never been ripped off by DKOV because I have never chosen to do business with him. 

I call it like I see it.

You obviously arent one of the bored ones as I see you like to read/post often when it comes to this.

You can always live a more exciting life and dont open these posts right?

Dave & Pete... I think Ari's 'DKOV thread' will do just what you're asking. Rather than 'he said, she said" it will account for those that have lost $$$/parts, or those that have had a good experience. I hope all the dealings will be posted, that way there's only 1 thread to keep abreast of!

John watson thinks highly of you, as well as most everyone out there in fact.  Thats what I like about him he thinks highly of everyone so if/when he says be careful of him/her, I listen.

I want to leave John out of this as you advised long ago, he seems to be mentioned in almost every post.

yea Dave but I guess in America all those guys have to prove their cases.  It's not good enough to just state the facts.  when you get robbed in America it can be a "mistake" if you cant back it up with proof.

I can live with that.  And I can also say I was wrong when I am.

id just like to make a fun comment about the whole thing.  there are sure a lot of posts with the same names and same comments over and over again yet the same results go on and the time just gets longer and longer.  why not just help each other out with things if some one cant or didnt get the parts they promised then find away to help the person that lost the money.  i am new at this whole things but songman i agree with you about typeing on the net and talking in person.  but my new goal is going to see if i can fix something so does anyone know where i can get a set of 355 vents and how much they are going to run?  thats all i want to ask for now and ill see where i go from there.
