He was gone to an SCCA race all weekend.. And if you happen to be on Pennock's as well, you'll know that he had a major computer crash and lost all of his contact info and other stuff. He's been on the phone with Netscape for a couple of days trying to recover. I think he's gotten back most of his stuff now. I got an e-mail from him yesterday...

Yes, I had a major computer virus and lost alot of information. I did get your email today and see that you noted my Virus issue. In any case, I'll follow up with your order and get back to you asap. Thanks for your posts and helping me to get this data back in order.
If Andre' reads this... I lost all of his information as well. ALL of it.
I don't even have an email address for him now. Nor any of the shipping stuff or anything. Please email me!!!

I am sorry you have had some problems. But if you knew you were having trouble then you should have considered you're ability to fulfil the role as a seller during this period in time and perhaps should have notified me of this and offered a refund until you were in a better and able position. I feel this would have been indeed fair, and in return I would have known where I stood and made a decision based on that in that I would have either looked for another supplier or have waited until you had the parts ready or at the very least given me a definite date you were able to send them.

Hmmm .... I notice you have plenty of time to post messages on the forum but yet have no time to send me a personal email? When you do manage to contact me you seem to post some replies on the forum then some directly to my email box??? If I am to blame in any way for the breakdown in communication then I will indeed take responsibility, may I suggest the same?
