Ok thought id start small just to test it

It took 5 mins with a UV lamp to cure Smiley Hardly any smell and not sticky to touch Smiley

This was something i did very very quick, This is just one layer. And unlike the way you can bend fibreglass and it cracks. THIS DOES NOT CRACK:)

Easy as hell for corner and any mental areas just cut and trim and it bonds to the other parts, Release agent your standard gelcoat /pva glue. Bt unlike me I forgot BUT it still came of easy with a twist and no breaks or cracks

Surface finish if you take you time. PERFECT smooth Smiley

Stronger than carbon fibre Smiley And it bends Smiley

Price £130 this gets you 10 metres x 65 inches

Goldie what is the equivalent wet lay-up??  Most of us who do hand lay do 3 layers of 2 OZ matt or 4 layers of 1.5 oz matt which will yield laminate between 1/4 and 3/8 inch.  How many layers of this will you have to do to get that thickness?

2 layers will give you a very very solid part. 2/3 layers and iot doesnt move:), Just doing another part now with 2 layers so will let you know how thick it gets

Just tested this on epoxy coated polystyrene, just 1 layer and to text how it would come out. Yet again only 5 mins to cure Smiley

Will try and do 2 layers and post pics

Perfect
