Lucky, no. Jan worked day and night to make enough money to afford the toys. He is a self made blue collar guy who has no formal education. He started a fiber optic cable business in Tampa. Quite a success story. He came to the USA from the Czech Republic when he was 8 yrs old with nothing. No one gave him anything to start his business either. He even had to learn to speak English.

HI all,
I usta have a kitcar mag with an unusual article, something similar to this actually.... The owner of a P3/4 ferrari replica faced a difficult issue, he didn't want to go with Rover 8 cyl. engine, if I remeber that part correctly..... What I do remember is that he ended up shoehorning a 348 engine into it! Absolutely stunning to see, even in pictures, lol...... There is a thread somewhere in the mall section where a guy was selling kitcar magazines...... If you search for it, and he has it, it's well worth the read!

Hello,
what current engine do you have in the 328 kit? I'm always up for a challenge.

You can't afford a $30,000 ferrari so you want to install a $15,000 engine and spend ~6K installing it. Add to that figure whatever you spent on the replica. You will end up with a car you have over $20K invested in, doesn't really look like a 308, probably has less hp and tq than you have now, is expensive to maintain, and might be worth $11K. Still sound like a good idea?

Why waste all of this time. Purchase a good used 308. My friend just sold his for 19K. 62,000 miles and beautiful.
No I don't know where you can get one.

Agreed, I think maybe 9 or 10, a 12 year old acts better.
