Hi

Would like to seek info on the compatability of 2jz-gte on a Mr2 turbo.
I wish to eventually add a kit of either an Astoon Mart-tein or Gallarduu to it, thus the need for more POWER.....
Will a 2jzgte be compatible straight to a MR2 turbo without much mod required.

the 2jz will not fit in an MR2, Ive had an MKIV TT 6spd, now if you thought about doing a space frame, and finding a place that made an adapter to the 2jz to a porsche transaxle then you might have enough room at that point, but for the cost of all that, an LS1 2 or 3 motor would be cheaper and have great power and torque.

To answer your question about the MR2 frame, the 2jz is just to long, especially if you attempted to graft it to an E153 (MR2 turbo tranny).  I've owned a LOT of MR2s as well.
