Is there any chance you'd tell us when to expect the Gallardo and/or what car will it be based on?

Stab in the Dark here .. But I bet the Gallardo will be based on the MR2 MKIII also ... .. Great work on the up and coming 430 DNA ...
I think the mk2 is the better suit of the MR2 generations. The Gallardo is 169.3 inches long with a 100.7 inch wheel base. The mk2 MR2 is 164.2 inch long with a wheelbase of 94.5, while the mk3 is 153 inch long with a 96.5 inch wheel base. The mk3 has a 2 inch longer wheel base, but is much shorter than the Gallardo. Either way, unless the guys at DNA chop the whole roof and windshield and have their own new windshield frame and roof, I don't think the MR2 is the best candidate out there. Here is an overlay I did a while ago of a mk2 MR2 and a Gallardo: I tried to align the doors of both cars the best I could. I measured one cars length in pixels, divided it by the cars length to get a pixel per length unit scale. Then I adjusted the other cars image to have that same scale. PS: DNA, you might want to edit the thread title and correct that 4firty.

Fantastic looking parts there DNA! Almost as good as my 3sixty stuff you sent Can't wait to see the first turnkey! Work is slow here on the 3sixty cos of the snow but have a cunning plan... Let me know the minute your taking orders for the 'Lardo. The dream has been a yellow sixty with an orange 'Lardo next to it in the garage (and the 356 if I can get away with it with the wife!)

the spyder 430 is a natural progression from the 360 , as the base car and shape is the same, iam sure extreme will do the same with there 360, but the coupe 430 is interesting, how will you put a roof on a convertible base car? assuming the 430 is on the mr2 roadster. i doubt they would do 2 different moulds for 2 different base cars. the gallardo also is interesting, it will probably be toyota celica?? let the guessing game comence and no fiero guesses or usa only cars, remember dna are uk based this will go on and on dna until you tell

I think the parts DNA are showing are for the 4thirty coupe. Note the C-pillar and rear quarter window frame in this pic:

They are moulded direct from 430 panels from what I've been told. They will now need to alter them to fit there donor but as far as I'm aware its going to be a roadster. I would expect this process to take another 6 months before there ready to sell the kit.. but it is looking mighty FINE :-)

Sure, I've been wanting to do this for a while. Just that I haven't been able to find a large image of a side shot of the mk3. The image has to be at least 1024 pixels wide to have a relatively accurate overlay.
