any progress on yours GTO. Im on hold at the mo. Im suffering from High Blood Pressure and finally the doc has put me on meds and have to go for full blood, liver, kidney and thyroid tests this wednesday. Feel really bad with massive headaches all the time and have lost my taste and smell Undecided Undecided. I have however completed all the mods on one door Grin Grin which took an age to do TBH. Now just doing an Hour a night here and there for now. Should have an update on my thread this week.

Sorry to hear about your illness, hope you get well soon mate. Once youve done one door the second one is easier Wink

Im just building up the headlights at the moment, easier than I thought it would be..look like OEM units when completed. Now Im about to do the mirrors and I want them to swivel, I might put a ball on spring mechanism to lock mirror in place I got this part out of water jet nozzle that I got from Poundland and it looks just right for the job.

Like you Im just doing stuff when I feel well enough, I only just got back from hospital last week after another operation Sad Will all be worth it in the end though and will be a great sense of achievement driving the completed car soon. Look forward to your updates.

ref the mirrors, its very easy to make them swivel, nut/bolt/nylon washer is all ya need, dnt make it complicated, there is no need. simply put the 2 parts together, drill both straight through, size of bolt, then make larger holes top n bottom outer edges, place bolt in from top, fill over, sand smooth, (retained bolt) then from under the mirror mount drill bigger hole underneath for the nut, place together using a nylon washer and there ya go, simple and easy, even the blind men building should mannage it..lol

GTO,
Glad to hear you made it easy on yourself with the mirrors, if ever in doubt just ask, I for one know how much time/effort n cash goes into a build, I just hate seeing poor results due to lack of knowledge and enthusiasts not getting the results worthy of such a great kit.

I live minutes from Steveo, he could have asked visited or anything, I did offer my help/advice, sadly he didnt bother, those of us who have actually seen the result have our opinions?HuhHuh

I hope to see some great 360s from you guys no excuses now...lol

My Stradale is for sale £15k+ ish ?? not sure I just need the room not the cash, and as you know you cant build a basic 360, on the donor that is for that , never mind a totally full extreme spec 360 Stradale with complete engine bay, fully built, interior, discs/calipers,carbon H gate, in fact everything, even a 7.5 flatscreen TV if required, fully prepared to a show standard, 12 months mot 12 months tax, just mint, no stripe but could do one, so remember, build it good or loose a packet>>>>......lol

It is not allowed. This site is about Kit cars not nearly naked women. There are plenty of porno sites for that.

It has been deleted.

Looks cool extreme...But i have a question about your banner ad on top of your post....

Ummm, is it just me or does it show all of the exotics you currently produce, except for one...dare I make the assumption that  it is the next project?

Also, what donors are you looking at for that project?

Seeing as the F430 will be out of production soon, will you produce those parts as well?

first of all, people like to haer what they think.
ferrari has gotten MORE sales since 360 replaced the 355
"Ferrari, announced today that its sales rose for the sixth consecutive year in 1999. The success of the Ferrari F-1 team which is off to consecutive triumphs by Michael Schumacher in this year's World Championship was likely also a factor in the Italian company's increased production levels.

Commercial incentives, including the personalization of its models, are offered by Ferrari to customers in North America, its key market. One Canadian customer, for example, asked that a child's safety seat be in the same leather as the regular seats. Wow! Talk about "lifestyles of the rich and famous".    "

Also, you have to see them in person to compare them. Side
by side the 360 is bigger and higher off the ground. they
sound the same and perform almost the same (360 is faster).

as far as beauty goes, i wouldnt compare them. its like
comparing a miata to a mclaren by size, and each has its own
features. if you like the 80s and chisled design, then 355, and
if you like wavy and curved, then 360  Wink

when i pulled up to a red 360 spider, there was no wondering
if i wouldnt mind having it, and when that crazy looking lady in
the silver spider wanted to somehow race me (45mph limit and
cops everywhere, not to mention we were going 65mph)
i really didnt know what to do until she went in front of me.
THE 360 STINKS BADLY. The exhaust smells like burnt oil all
over but it wasnt burning oil due to the lack of smoke. Angry

Yeahsszzz.... I is wit heim all the waiys.................
Thats was me inpersonating a drunk....
Yes I have to agree with what he said..... Both cars have "class" in their own ways , But give me a 360 anytime.
So by far the xtreme kit is the closest 360 replica kit right? If my plans to do a Gull-ardo fails to go though, 360 will be my second choice in line since this kits are almost there in appearence against the real ones.

Finally I managed to get through to your site , extreme....
Was so upset (I tend to let little things get to me and push me over the edge of sanity) that I couldn't get in that I clicked all the entries under the yahoo search for extreme... Grin
Must say your site has had a revamp since the last time I visited!
Keep building more great kits guys! Wink
